Baiba Renerte

Baiba Renerte is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Zurich. Her interdisciplinary behavioral economics studies focus on individual and group decision making, looking into why people do what’s right, how company culture shapes this behavior and how digital tools can promote honesty in business. She also holds a Senior Behavioral Scientist position in a corporate Ethics, Risk & Compliance team.
